Bakers’ Fair is the UK’s only autumn exhibition for progressive and professional independent bakery companies, cafés and coffee shops. Now in it’s fourth year, the 2010 exhibition will be returning to Bolton Arena on Sunday 3rd October .
Bakers’ Fair is specially designed to generate business tips, technical craft and bakery tips, plus new product and recipe ideas. It is a great opportunity to meet a number of key suppliers under one roof offering new products, equipment, ingredients and services for the bakery, snack, sandwich and food-to-go markets.
