Second House Products  (SHP) is a Lebanese Family Business established in 1986 by François Youssef Rizk. It is specialized in manufacturing and exporting several ranges of oriental food specialties.
SHP`s factory is located in Mazraat Yachouh industrial zone E street - Maten- Lebanon.
A wide range of products, which meets quality and food safety standards, coupled with each country`s requirements, is produced under its roof.
All income raw materials are checked, sifted and tested in the manufacture & in accredited Laboratories for official confirmation.
The factory includes a production zone for different processing lines, a warehouse for cleaned (after fumigation) raw materials in the purpose of Just In Time production and another for packaging materials. An additional warehouse for finished/end products to be delivered by the form of shrinked pallets or loose. A quality control department and food safety team is founded to maintain and assure the safety, quality and traceability of all the products in order to meet customer requirements.
A trading department also operates to handle: Purchasing, Accounting, Export formalities and Logistics. Plus an operational department to control and organize all the activities in the manufacture.

It is considered as good source of Protein (around 6g/patty).
Nowadays Falafel are served across the Middle East from Egypt to Turkey and popularized by expatriates of those countries living abroad
